These terms cover MoaTV subscriptions bought through moatv.us.com. Ordering a plan means you accept them.

1. What you're buying
Access to live channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet, for personal viewing at home. The lineup changes over time, and we can't promise that any single channel or event will always be there.
2. Your account
- Your login covers the number of screens on your plan. Watching on more at once can get the account paused.
- Keep your details to yourself. Activity on your account is your responsibility.
- You need to be old enough to sign a contract where you live.
3. Paying and renewing
Plans are paid up front for the length you choose and don't renew by themselves. Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change for future orders, never for time you've already paid for.
4. Refunds
See the refund policy.
5. Fair use
Don't resell, rebroadcast or publicly screen MoaTV unless you're an approved reseller, and don't interfere with our systems. It's up to you to make sure using the service is allowed where you live.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep MoaTV running, but no streaming service can promise it will never be interrupted.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for your current plan.
